• As of January 2015 there will be $25 fee for missing your appointment "no-shows". Please call 24 hours before your appointment to reschedule.
• Please schedule your follow up appointment before leaving the office to better ensure you get your desired time/date.
• Want to access your lab results and visit summaries online, and send messages to our office? Give your e-mail address to the front office staff and we will sign you up.
